新型阶梯滚筒截割性能研究

Research on the cutting performance of ladder drum

摘要: 针对薄煤层采煤机截割夹矸煤层效率较低的问题,研究了一种新型阶梯滚筒。为分析新型阶梯滚筒的截割性能,采用非线性软件LS-DYNA对传统滚筒与新型阶梯滚筒进行截割煤岩仿真研究,分析传统滚筒与阶梯滚筒截割煤岩时所受的截割及进给扭矩。研究结果表明:在截割效率相同的情况下,除第一刀,阶梯滚筒截割煤岩时所受的截割及进给扭矩均小于传统滚筒,说明该新型阶梯滚筒的截割性能比传统滚筒更加优异。

Abstract: In allusion to the issues of low efficiency in cutting coal partings using thin coal layer shearer, a new ladder drum is put forward. And for the analysis of cutting performance about the new ladder drum, a simulation study of coal and rock cutting between traditional drum and the ladder drum with LS-DYNA is carried out, in this research, the analysis object is the cutting and feed torque of traditional drum and ladder drum while cutting coal and rock. Research results show that the cutting and feed torque of ladder drum is less than traditional drum when cutting coal and rock under the same cutting efficiency, but except the first knife, which indicates that cutting performance of the ladder drum is better than traditional drum and provides a reference for the design of new type shearer drum.
